Any idea about why his parents left Eric with his grandparents, Federico V? That must have been quite difficult to understand for him! Do you find this valuable?

Yes, of course I know.
His parents were not married. His fathers was a soldier who ruterned to Canada when Eric was born. His mother was 16 years old, and she moved to Canada when she married another Canadian soldier.

Oh, a teen single mother, and an absent father... How tough for Eric! Do you know if either of them got in touch with him at some moment later? I wonder who revealed the truth to him...
