CHILDHOOD AND FAMILY

Mario Daniel Pergolini was born on July 3, 1964 in a traditional family. Son of Edmundo Silvestre and Beatriz Mancione, and Sandra's brother. He lived almost his entire childhood and adolescence in San Isidro and Martinez. In several interviews said he had had a childhood "very sad" because he was always alone.
He studied primary school in Santa Isabel, and finished the estudies in La Salle College.
Pergolini had a difficult adolescence, to fourteen years started smoking marihuana and the relationship with his father did not help the situation, becouse his father said that Mario "will be nobody".
After 16 years he still merried with Dolores a psychologist eight years younger than him, the mather of his childs.

CAREER:


He started working at the Rock & Pop radio of Buenos Aires. He moved to TV as a secondary figure at Pepe Eliaschev's Cable a tierra and then Juan Alberto Badía's Badía y Compañía. In 1989 he hosted Rock and pop TV together with other radio figures. Probably his first successful TV shows were the teenager-rebel program La TV ataca (1991–1993) and Hacelo por mí (1992), but it was CQC (first aired in 1995) the most successful of them all. The CQC format has been sold to several countries (Chile, Brazil, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, and Israel).
In the year 1993 published, with Alejandro Rozitchner, the book: Saquen una Hoja. Manual de Supervivencia para el Estudiante Secundario.( An analysis of secondary education in Argentina)
In 1994 he created, together with partner Diego Guebel, the Cuatro Cabezas (or 4K) TV producer company, which is now one of the three most important media holdings in Argentina and have the objective to meet the needs of design and interactive communication local business and foreign. He still hosts CQC and his radio show Cuál es? at Rock & Pop.
In 1999 he founded Datafull, which is the Internet subsidiary of producing Cuatro Cabezas, who is a leading player in the market for free Internet access.
He get the license of Radio Nostalgie 106.7 to found there X4 (Equis Cuatro). This now transmits radio frequency 104.3 Mhz.
Co-produced two films in 2000: "La Cienaga" and "Plata Quemada" and also produced many television formats such as: Algo habrán hecho, La Liga, E24, Hermanos y detectives and Zapping.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:Mario is a really handsome man, he is tall and thin, he have big blue eyes, big mouth and short brown hair.

WHY I ADMIRE MARIO PERGOLINI?

I admire Mario because since I was a child I listen and watch all their programs because in my house have always preferred his products. Now I can choose and say that I like for the offender, forerunner and intelligence, but mainly cause his sense of humor and irony.
